Can lighting scenes be controlled by guests? Absolutely. You can offer guest room lighting control via tablet, wall panel, or remote — or manage it centrally via the Tuya app.
Do your products come with warranty and certification? All MiLight products come with a 1-year warranty and are CE, RoHS, and TISI certified, ensuring safety and quality compliance for Thai and international standards.
What kind of support do you offer for hotels? We provide guidance before, during, and after installation. We work with your electrician or contractor and provide setup documentation and phone support.
Can we integrate fans, AC, and curtains too? Yes. Using our Remote Control Boosters (RCB), you can control IR/RF devices like ACs and fans through the same app.
